Working principles

Simple operating principles that protect the quality and boundaries of the work.

Commitment over one-offs

Meaningful change requires consistency. We’ll align on a weekly rhythm and the minimum viable commitment needed to produce a real result.

Testing informs the work

Baseline bloodwork and a body composition assessment are strongly recommended. I can guide you on what to request and suggest providers I trust, but the testing itself is completed outside the coaching relationship.

Non-clinical coaching

The coaching is not a medical service. I do not diagnose, communicate diagnoses, prescribe treatment, or administer tests. Assessment results are used only to inform programming and coaching decisions.

Stress management matters

In high-demand seasons, new parenthood, heavy work cycles, or travel, we treat stress management and recovery as primary inputs, not afterthoughts.

Medical considerations

If you have injuries, symptoms, medication questions, abnormal findings, or relevant medical conditions, those decisions stay with your physician or prescriber. Training is adjusted around that guidance, and medical clearance may be recommended when appropriate.

How the work is structured

  • Coaching is designed around your schedule and constraints. The structure matters more than individual sessions.
  • Client volume stays intentionally low so each engagement gets the attention it requires.
  • When life intensity rises, we adjust the plan so momentum stays intact.
