The goal is not another dashboard or content library. The goal is a clear plan, built by a coach, that tells you what to do next and why it matters.

1. Establish the context

Medication context, training history, schedule, equipment, constraints, and any useful baseline data are reviewed before programming.

2. Build the plan

You receive a focused strength and activity plan with clear progression, exercise choices, and weekly structure.

3. Run it and review

You execute the block, bring back training notes, and either refresh the plan or move into higher-touch coaching when needed.
