For coaches

Program design without the unpaid hours.

The Loenhart Training System is a coach-built, AI-assisted programming tool. You describe your athlete in plain words, the training system drafts a program, and you review and approve it before your athlete ever sees it.

For coaches, not clients

The problem

Programming is the work nobody pays for.

Most coaches are paid for the hours on the floor. The program itself happens after hours: choosing the split, working around an injury, picking the exercises, and laying it out so the athlete can follow it. Every new athlete adds to that time.

  • Sessions are billed. The planning behind them usually is not.
  • Each new athlete starts from a blank sheet or a reworked template.
  • The reasoning lives in your head or in reference material you re-read by hand, so it is hard to speed up or hand off.

How it works

Three steps, and you sign off on the one that matters.

  1. Step 01

    Describe your athlete

Write it the way you would explain them to another coach: how long they have trained, how often they can train, the equipment they have, the injuries to work around, and what they are training for. There is no intake form to fill in.

  2. Step 02

    Review the program draft

The training system drafts a program from that description. You read it, edit anything you would do differently, and approve it when it reads like your own work. Nothing goes further until you do.

  3. Step 03

    Deliver it to your athlete

Once you approve it, the program is yours to deliver, in the format your athletes already use.

What stays with you

The judgement stays with the coach.

The training system saves time on drafting. It does not replace the coach, and it does not talk to your athletes.

  • Knowing the athlete: what they told you, what you saw, and what they left out.
  • Deciding what reaches them. No program goes to an athlete until a coach has reviewed and approved it.
  • Coaching the sessions: cueing, adjusting the load on the day, and reading how they respond.
  • Changing course when the plan meets real life.

Who it is for

Built for working coaches.

  • Personal trainers and strength coaches who write individual programs for their athletes.
  • Coaches whose programming time is unpaid, or only partly paid.
  • Coaches who want a strong first draft and want to keep the final say.
